  • If you can't compost it, you shouldn't be putting it in your body.

  • Thanks for all the views!!!! Of course I don't have this much unused food in my fridge. I collected rotten food of all types for the video. How could I do the video without examples? So 28 bully texters out of 19000 views isn't bad. Check out more of my videos my searching yolanda vanveen-nearly 1600 videos on youtube!

Don't mind the haters. There are turkeys in every crowd. Great video.

    With greetings from Iran

  • First things first....GROSS! Second, clean your damn socks!

  • If you grow a VEGETABLE GARDEN....add your used coffee grounds and paper filters to the soil and till it in spring time. After tilling, introduce new worms to the garden. Worms LOVE coffee grounds ! The worms aerate the soil and eat the coffee grounds to extract the organic material. The material is then deposited as worm castings that fertilze the soil and feed your vegetables. PUT THOSE WORMS TO WORK.

some people need to stfu with their rude asses. go judge yourself douche

  • Yolanda, you obviously know nothing about good food, nutrition or eating well. If you did you would not be overweight.

  • You are correct..Very basic tips because it is only two minutes long and we have viewers from around the world who need to follow along. Exactly, for more advanced information go to university sites and extension service sites...Thanks for watching my videos. I gathered food from the farmers market and neighbors so that I would have material for the video. Yes, leaving the door open for two minutes is not efficient but needed. Most Americans eat fast food so it should be addressed. Thanks!

  • Very good info! Awesome.

  • WOw this is Great I would love to learn how to grow organic vegetables, unfortunately, I live in a van due to the economic crisis, but I still would like to be self-sufficient. Thanks for these inspiring videos!
