I've been wanting to install the windows 7 RC on my 1002ha, I was a little worried about the drivers. Are you just using the XP drivers?

It looks pretty fast. Would you say its faster than XP?

Yes XP comes pre-installed. Vista runs ok to, but XP is faster ofcourse. However, I use Win7 on my EeePC 1000H, which runs faster than Vista.

Forget about Vista. It barely has the power to run it. But the real problem is that many drivers does not work. Tried it on my 1002HA and it was nothing but problems.

it will detect 4gb if the netbook can take 4gb, like bios can take 4gb. but if bios cant detect 4gbs then it wont show up. if u put in a 4gb ddr2 stick, and it wont show up, it is either dead, or it is way too big for the bios to take, try a 2gb stick and try if it work.
