AMOR ETERNO---JORDAN WAS KILLED BY A DRUNK DRIVER

Teen indicted for accident Last night, a 17 year old teen, was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for intoxicated manslaughter and manslaughter. The accident associated with these charges occurred February 24 on CR 3170 in the Kempner area. The 17 year old teen was driving a 2001 Dodge Pickup, above the speed limit while traveling northbound. According to reports, the high speed of the vehicle caused him to miss the left hand curve and slide off an embankment. The vehicle rolled and came to rest on its top after striking a fence and a utility pole. He had four passengers in the vehicle at the time of the accident. All were transported to various hospitals with the exception of a local teen. Jordan Evans, age 16, was pronounced dead at the scene. The 17 year old teens court date is unknown at this time, he was released after posting bond.

I'm sorry to hear about that. But it's a lesson to all teens...don't get in the car with a driver that's intoxicated. She will be missed dearly.
