@MasterDAN91 1440 x 1080 is what's known as "anamorphic widescreen". If you do the math, you'll notice that 1440 x 1080 is actually a 4:3 ratio. However, anamorphic widescreen involves compressing footage when recording, so it is stored as a 1440 x 1080 file, but will always play back at full, 16:9, 1920 x 1080 resolution. Many people don't understand that.

what i don´t like so much about the ahd z700 is the lensbarrel. you can´t put her on a table and record your self because of the 15 plus degrees lensangle.

what do u do with your vids once you have recorded them? because mine never turn out this nice.....
is this cam better than Toshiba Camileo P30?

Camileo P30 is nearly the same, except it is a bit more expensive and has only 30fps on 720p. So i suggest the Aiptek AHD Z700.
