I have a 16mm print of this film and the color is stunning! While this video is nice, it doesn't hold a candle to the brilliance and depth of film. RIP Technicolor. Digital will never be as beautiful.
When I waz a kid (60s), my dad got a B&H 16mm Filmosound (early 50s box). That sounded great, and we had a screen he made from an old pingpong table section hung from the basement ceiling - painted white. We used to get reels from our library. My faves were travel and Bell labs films. I big fave was the Clydesdales of Budweiser fame.
Home theatre's should also have some vintage sound film projectors as well as projection TV. I bet many films are too old to play though, so sad.

I was not expecting a medley of Strauss Waltzes for the background music.
