Absolutely not ICE3, just the simallar surface painting. The shape is also different from ICE3.
绝对不是ICE3，只是涂装相似而已。外形也和ICE3不同。
Core technology of these EMUs(#1 & #2) come from BBD, inner adornments like ICE and controller system from Toshiba.
这两个动车组(1号车和2号车)的核心技术来自BBD，内装仿I
CE，控制系统来自东芝。 -
