President Obama, appearing on NBC's Today Show (courtesy NBC News), tells a viewer that D.C. schools are failing, that parents should have the same educational options as he does, and that he'd have to work really hard to find a great D.C. school for his own family. Unfortunately, the same President Obama eliminated the DC Opportunity Scholarship Program.
