@resqjason2 You must be confused. She probably stopped at a decoy Ambulance. Who goes to the cops when you have someone having a heart attack with you? Also, decoy tanks are set up to ward off zombies, decoy predator drones to ward off terrorists, decoy black hoodlums to ward of annoying suburban moms and old women, and decoy job fair's to ward off black hoodlums (:P)

I would like to flag this as inappropriate waste of homeland security dollars. I'm a tax payer and say drive the second car. It takes 20 seconds. Plus the second car acts as a back up unit incase one goes down. Here I'm Copyrighting this idea... remember the Injection molded green army figures. Blow one up to scale with a radar gun on it and make it black. Total cost $200 maybe $450 with the outfit. Time to set up 30 seconds lol.

@mr1nutwonder illinois state police used to do this until a lady driving her husband to the hospital cause he was having a heart attack stopped at a decoy car for help and no one was there. her husband died and she sued ISP because if the car wasnt there she would have kept driving to the hospital and her husband might have survived.
