I have to disagree that it surpasses the original. The Seeds version is THE definitive version but Rumspringa does an extremely good cover. Only other version that comes close to the original is the Ramones. But definitely tied for 2nd

It's rare that a cover can surpass the original, but this is definitely a case in which one does. There are few recordings that can so brilliantly convey the emotion intended in the lyrics. Amazing!

If i can choose a song to sum up a part of my life when i really cared for some one this would be it frm the lyrics to how they get dwn on the song im sure this song can be ment for most ppl that have truly loved some one but could never seemd to make it work..
