When in Japanese, he speaks really fast and sounds smart, which I believe is the case. I think that those who only get to see him speak in English also should know(feel) this. There are a tons of nasty comments on his GoogleTechTalk video because of his English. You guys don't understand. His English may not be stellar, yet you shouldn't be fooled by that. That's part of the reason I uploaded this short clip.
