Episode II of Jrm Says.. Topics include, smoking vegetables, what's wrong with vegetarian/vegan food, and three different spreads made from the smoker; smoked tomato pesto, smoked eggplant babaganoush, and smoked mushroom and green olive tapenade, with an additional demonstration on how to make some really outstanding herbed frybread chips from a very simple dough. Special guest, Austin musician/composer Graham Reynolds of Golden Arm Trio, sits at the chopping block and tells what got him started as a vegan and how people are getting it all wrong.

jrm, it really came out amazing...i am so impressed how far the second one has come even from the first...i do agree about having the recipe up at some time...also, i like the recipes you've chosen...i think i might actually be able to try them and have them come out! keep turning em' out... can't wait to see the next installment....

Excellent instructional video! so many scrumptious images packed into one vid that i need to pause often. i want this on my telly. And in my dvd collection please. And playing on a jrm-branded notebook laptop in my kitchen. Right next to my rack of JRM AUSTINTATIOUS FOODS LTD brand spices and JRM FOOD MUSIC LTD brand condiments and spreads. Great job. Raise up the camera on the jrm face shots. I like the quick action. I suggest adding a closing shot showing recipe at end.
