*those who wanted me to do a stretch video on getting a flexible back...i promise i'll do one soon, but school has started so i have been quite busy.... :)

okay, how did you get the 2 thing that you did? i have been trying for years and i just cant get it, i myself am flexible too but it just doesnt seem to work!
