KORG monotron / first impression

KORG monotronを一瞬お借りできたので、30分で撮って3分にまとめた動画を作ってみました。これで定価￥6,300 （電池付）　MS-20と同じVCF回路を搭載。VCOのピッチやLFO周波数の可変範囲が非常に広く、かつ滑らかで極太なのが素晴らしい。http://www.korg.co.j­p/

最初の素の音を紹介しているあたりが、圧縮の関係でザラザラしておりますが、実際にはもっと滑らかな音です。

i think you can even use the filter section to filter an external input, right?

@SAButterbrot Yes. Because the gate of an external input is always opening, the filter can be used only by connecting it.

@xdragon718 Is it because the sound effect of the laser light beam is made by exactly using this technique with a lot of science fiction films etc. in the 1970's perhaps?

@Kazu0502231 メロディの演奏も、スケールを微調整してチューニングを合わせれ­ば一応可能ですが、リボンコントローラですので鍵盤楽器というよ­りは、若干テルミン的な感覚で演奏する必要があります。

@maccagrabme - because there is more to USB support than just soldering on a USB connector onto the PCB.

I don't understand why they didn' t add a £3 usb connector and allow it to be used via midi which would have turned this into one of the most sought after synths in recent history, they would easily have sold for £100 each by just adding a £3 connector! Geez, why tease us with real analogue and pack it into a matchbox toy?
