After singing covers in various bands over the years I decided it was time to write and record my own stuff again - I used to when I was younger before I took the easy route of singing covers. This is the first of three that I'm uploading to You Tube. It's dedicated to my partner, Colin, who drums with a ceilidh band. I wrote it to spur him on to continue with his music when he was feeling a bit 'burned out', and to remember all the good times when we used to work together in a band, often travelling around till dawn, eating cooked-to-order breakfasts at motorway service stations, trying to avoid rabbits on the way back (I always managed to miss them!) and lazing around doing nothing on Sundays. Anway, it worked and Colin is enjoying gigging again.
