Late PM run of the train across Farwell bridge. My last opportunity to catch this wonderful locomotive rolling along. Notice an uncaring "foamer", "gerf" (glassy eyed rail fan) jump into the scene. There was already a real railfan to the right and Mike K. to the left. Both out of camera view. We had been there for about twenty minutes prior to the arriveal of the locomotive. The three of us had picked spots where we knew we would not block another person taking pictures. Then, as the train approached, here comes this "yahoo", charging into the middle of the area, not giving a damn if he ruined shots for other people or not. He messed up my last chance for a really nice shot of this engine before I returned to Florida, the very next day. I think you will feel as strongly as I do when you see Mike's video of the same event. This man ruined Mike's last video taken on this special day of our special visit to Niles Canyon. I will give him a break, I was about eight hundred feet up the track, maybe he did'nt see me. But he sure saw the other two guys. Just watch Mike K's video of the same scene. You will see what I mean.
