Unlimited Cruise Ep1 - VS Mode (Ace vs Luffy)

I'm playing VS mode against a Hard mode CPU, giving them a high Handicap against me, while I have just a normal handicap. Trying to make it a fair challenge... As requested by lazybluegamer - Ace ...

Maybe... I'll think of some if I can, I just need to know one thing though... Have you unlocked all the characters yet? Or do you still have like 3 more... (example)
