@gymnastjay I could seriously imagine how nastia on steroids would look like on a beam...haha..just joking. but seriously, u got nice butt. try doing it in the nude, and while you're at it, throw in a rulfova!!

Hey!
If anyone can send me the current beam requirements or a link to a place I can get info; I'll figure out a routine over the holidays and try to smash difficulty/execusion. I just want to try to max out DD...i started to play around on beam to fix my roundoff for floor (it was TERRIBLE) and now i just enjoy playing around on it when I have time to see how far I can take it.
