@Fredzislaw100, on your schema has 100R, but on the BilelGharbi's schema has 100K. On your schema has also 2x750R, but on the BilelGharbi's schema has 2x750K... :)

@BilelGharbi I would like to help you, but I don't have any experience with Proteus ISIS. This scheme is very simple and I believe that you drew it perfectly. My suggestion for you is to make this generator with real components and then use oscilloscope to signal measurements. I am sure that everything will work excellent. Very often the programs for simulation used “ideal” components, then you need to complete full replacement schematic…

@BilelGharbi there is some errors in your scheme. For example the resistor 100K (in series the LEDs) should be 100R ... :)

@vladimirstanoev I am afraid that you are wrong. On my schematic doesn't have 100k resistor :) Designation “100” on resistor (in series the LEDs) mean value 100 Ohm...
