Elle did something stupid because the producers were looking for a way to write her off the show since Lola Glaudini told the producers she wasn't interested in the show anymore. She didn't like living in LA and wanted to move back to NY.

Omg when JJ said she couldn't imagine being taunted like that in her own house I kinda thought Elle was gonna say something like "I can" and causing some akward silence

the way she was exited from the show was awful, should of been something heroic like getting shot in the line of duty or something.

I like elle but i like prentiss better. She is just more part of the team. Elle sometimes seems like shes not there but prentiss is just...different.i dont know why thats just my opinion...

I've read all this comments on how people used to like Elle, but doesn't any more, this actually made me like her character better.

I'd always liked Elle as a character. But being shot in their own home will change a person. the others at the BAU should know that. I'm at 31:14, and I can tell using her as bait is going to end in flames.

I'm actually glad Elle is leaving. She always seemed to have an attitude in the previous episodes. She didn't seem as close to the BAU as the others.
