How far of the road is the falls? Great video!

@bak05gto The Visitor center is about 3/4 to 1 mile off the Blue Ridge Parkway at MP-316.3 From the visitors center it's about 1/2 mile hike to the falls. Additional trails will take you further up the gorge for even better views of the falls. It’s a beautiful area and I would highly recommend the side trip.

@Woodenarrows Ok thanks. I will definately try to check it out soon, ive been wanting to ride Blue Ridge Parkway for awhile now anyway.

beautiful pictures, i'm not too far from the gorge; only an hour and a half. it's an amazing place to visit and one of north carolina's hidden jewel's.
