An oven built by hand, tile by tile. Four pizzas on the menu, with no fancy-pants toppings. Anthony Mangieri does one thing at Una Pizza Napoletana, and he does it the very best way he can.

  • @djesta its good if you need energy quick like after running or something. It is mostly carbohydrates, sugar that burns quick and if not used up stored as fat. The tomatoe sauce offers some nutrients as well as the vegetables as toppings.. but its considered more like a bread in nutrient value.

  • those pizzas look great! i love it when someone has such passion for real good food. how nutritionally beneficial are pizzas though?

  • large pizza from dough ball to topping it with sauce cheese and peperoni and in the wood fire oven in 23 seconds....can you beat that? mwahahahha i should make a video...
