BBQ (grilled) Pork ribs, dry rub, wet mop to finish off. Amazing taste, a bit of heat and sweet you can't go wrong with my Ribs on your BBQ.
I created my own dry rub but simple enough it's as follows:
2.75 oz bottle of : Oinion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, 1/2 paprika, 2 tbls of black crushed pepper, 1 tspn salt, mix well so it looks like redish sand.
coat meat product both sides..
wet mop: as above for dry add 1 cup Dr pepper (cherry works best), or Coke aCola , 1/4 cup lemon juice (real lemon) 1 cup sugar, 2 cups water. mix well and most of cover on ribs during last 30 minutes of cook time.
