@IsolationInstigation I've been playing guitar for 10 years and I've got qualifications coming out of my ear holes. Just because you've studied it or play an instrument doesn't mean you're automatically the authority on it. I know people who never played soccer but have extensive knowledge of the sport. You can't say anybody who goes to watch Reading play every Saturday doesn't know shit about the game. There are some music journalists out there that don't play an instrument and know a lot.

@metalrulesforrever I never claimed I could. I love Marty Friedman and Dave Mustaine, they are some of my biggest inluences.
What I'm saying is that you can talk shit about Slash all you want and call him overrated, but in the end, there is a reason he is famous and you guys aren't (As far as I know)

I`m talking about the average fucker who sees a reference on Tv or hears someone talking about guitar and just starts opening their mouth like they know something ``Man, I don`t know who that Joe Satriani Guy is, and I sure don`t know shit about guitar, I just know Slash is the best motherfucker!`` It`s like shut up, asshole. Listen to something other than the damn radio.
