@DgamerAA nope, not at all - well he does for like the fraction of one episode - the werewolf one. But other than that he's completely brittish in Who and all scottish here

@TheGDWF They're British; you'll see people in shorts sometimes too when it's snowy. The British = Always complaining about the weather, never dressing properly for it.
