They didn't make a 350 in 62 so it definitely isn't original. If the 4x4 is original then it isn't a

c-10 either FWD models were designated as k-10, they also did not make a 4x4 with the deluxe trim on the cab.

You know that 350 could get 21 miles per gal.I had one in a 68 camero and the mileage was pretty good.I stuck a 302 lift 500 duration cam in it and it still ran 20 miles per gal if i left my foot out of it.If not it got 10 (heh heh)

Oh the best model of trucks ever! I grew up in a '61 C10. I still have the left mirror for it as dad added the larger ones to pull his camper in '62.

if it is four wheel drive, it is NOT a C-10, it's a K-10. "C" denotes rear wheel drive, "k" denotes four wheel drive. "10" denotes half ton, "20" is three quarter ton, and "30" is one ton.
