The United States cannot stop terrorism with military force. It cannot be done. Diplomacy is the only solution. Think! The United States cannot stop gangs, drugs or crime here in the homeland with the millions of police officers and criminal justice resources. Terrorist are better funded and organized than any gang in America. We can win. We just have to add diplomacy in our arsenal of weapons.
