  • Cool vid. Have you checked run out on this saw? If so, how did it pan out for you? How much for it? Does it have the same fence system as their cabinet saws? Does it tilt to the left? Have you checked for tolerances with the blade tilted? Thanks for posting. I enjoyed the fast forward version.

  • @holdemstacy No, I got my assurances on all of that quality/tolerance stuff from the many reviews I read before I bought it, and I've not the skill level to notice if it's a hair out here or there. It cuts great for me when I need it.

It does tilt left. And I did get the upgraded fence, which is I believe the standard on their cabinet saws. It's a nice fence.

  • Is this the 1.75hp or the 3hp ?

  • @67tr876 1.75HP. It's the contractor saw, which I think only comes with that motor.

  • @GreenGJ Haha. Ya, there was a lot of time spent standing there looking at the directions, just to make sure I wasn't doing it wrong.

I can definitely say the saw is a *joy* to use. It is incredibly smooth and just great. A major major improvement from the benchtop hitachi saw I had, in quality as well as safety.

  • The video reminds me of the opening to "King of the Hill". :)

Great saw and video. Good luck. Hope you have a great time putting this thing through its paces.

    Thanks.

  • @toolfool1997 Ya know...maybe I was too hasty. Forgive me. Please direct me to the american made table saw that has the ability to *not* cut off my fingers. Oh, no hurry, I'll wait...

  • @toolfool1997 You are a complete idiot if you think I bought this saw because it was *CHEAP*. I don't know why you chose this particular video to spout your misspelled paranoid psychosis, but I think I see a Block User button I'm going to avail myself of. You are the weakest link...goodbye.
