  • I'm benching 315/325 for reps but I can't over head squat a pvc pipe, so got damn my hat goes off to you! Cleaning is creaking awesome to. You made me ready to workout now Haha

  • You overhead squat that much to improve your olympic lifts, especially the snatch. A strong overhead pays huge dividends in other fitness areas.

  • @MaxSafeheaD It´s all about personal challenges, it´s like, why would you run 42 kms in a marathon?? why would you do an Ironman competition, it´s all about personal goals, and feel deep inside, you are not an average person.......good luck with your goals and challenges... ; - )
