Angad Paul on the responsibility of being an entrepreneur

Angad Paul (born in 1970) is Chief Executive of Caparo plc, a group specialising in the manufacture of steel, engineered and automotive products. He joined Caparo plc in 1992 and has been heading the company since 2002. Under Angad Pauls tenure, the group enjoyed rapid growth, with an annual turnover increased by 35% after 2004, and significant new investments in the automotive component sector in India.

In 2006, Caparo plc acquired 22 British companies and initiated trading operations in Dubai and China. Angad Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is an advisor to the UK-India Business Council Board.
