I don't know why there are negative reviews. I have this same model. The 530 and it works great. Better than any vacuum I ever had and that includes a central vac system. Best part is I don't have to vacuum.

there not crap there brilliant i have 7 and we never have to do the vacuuming now witch means we have more time in the day to do what we want.

Roombas are quite technologically advanced all the sensors and what have you,
but as a tool for cleaning, the roomba is pretty much useless
