its werry detailed, and physics-full
its a "not rich" version of my apartment,
wich is pretty nice in real life :)

two question, does this have any tf2 or css props and materials in it? I don't have these games, so i don't want my game to crash or be error textured. Also, does this map work for gmod 10?

@StopNation There are games that scream to be pirated. Shitty, un-finished, made for money milking games with shit ton of DRM's. Thankfully, none of Valve games is suitable for this description.

The stupidest thing i've ever heard. If you add it as non-steam game it will be nothing more than a simple shortcut. You obviously don't know how Steam Mount System work.
