Sonia Sotomayor fields tough questions from Senator Tom Coburn on self defense. New questions are raised regarding whether Sotomayor is in fact a legal robot.

Her not answering the question shows us what her intentions are. She has no intention of recognizing nor respecting the 2nd amendment. She has no intention of allowing people the right to resist the government in anything they do.

There are DOZENS and DOZENS of SC cases about self defense and our RIGHTS. There are even a half a dozen or so cases about self defense against the government. She would have us believe that she doesn't know about any of it? She's a LIAR and a bad actor.

When Sotomayor refuses to give a genuine honest yes or no answer to the question does a person have a (natural)right to use self defense to defend themselves against a violent attack, Sotomayor is very surreptitiously& cleverly saying that a person may not necessarily have the right to use self defense against a violent attack& that can also include that a person may not have the right to use a gun for self defense against a violent attack regardless that all humans evolved to use self defense

As far as I'm concerned, any person not providing entirely frank answers to questions of interest to many millions of Americans should NEVER be allowed to hold such a high government office. This woman, much like a monarch, will be impacting our daily lives for decades to come, long after most of the elected officials currently in Washington, including Obama, are gone.

It's a National disgrace and embarrassment that she has gained a seat on The Supreme Court AND that NOBODY in Congress stopped it from happening.

You do know the justices can be impeached and removed from the supreme court. One was impeached for his federalist leaning.

From some of the decision that are be handed down on the second amendment you would think four justices are twisting the constitution to fit their own beliefs and/or taking orders from the president.
