Words for the Tacoma Police 3-11-07

A few protesters had some heartfelt words to say to the police about their role in carrying out orders during an illegal war and about their responsibility in using excessive force on the young people during the previous week.

Protesters really need to gain some perspective and common sense. Local cops enforce local laws, not international laws. Wars elsewhere are not their enforcement concern. However, local protests are subject to local laws (permits, rights of others, noise ordinances, crowd control, etc) and local enforcement. That's the only reason those cops are there. Thus, words unrelated to that (such as spouted by those in this video) mean absolutely nothing.
