It depends at which distance the rifle is fired, other than the type and power of the ammo used and other factors.
Besides, it will resist better than with no armor at all.

Without the intervention, without NATO, the Lybian Revolution would have crushed long ago, by now. So, in that case (like in many others, imho), being anti NATO, and especially anti intervention comes to the same thing as supporting Gaddafi.

@ibnomar2005 hey dude,i live in Libya 6years and i support Gaddafi and i'm from Serbia,and i know what is hand made tank,we have 5war in 100years,i was in Kosovo 99 and my father was in Croatia to fight for free serbia without Ustasa and fking croatian solders who attack serbian people,Nato bombing use because we defence Kosovo UCK and albanian terrorist attack Kosovo we defending them,and nato bombing because of that 1999 I WILL SUPPORT GADDAFI TILL THE END OF AGRESSION BECAUSE HE IS GRAT MAN!
