John Green went to a boarding school in Birmingham, AL, and largely based the setting of his book LOOKING FOR ALASKA on his experiences there. So we did what any normal ALASKA fans would do, and stalked the hell out of the book.

Great video, and thanks for making it! Some of the places I imagined in the book don't exist anymore, but I think Coosa Liquors still does. I remember it being pretty rundown, but the people there were really nice.

We totally freaked out over that swan. It wasn't there the first time we went to the lake, but we went back and saw it.
