  • forms looks good to me

    problem with these things is that everybody is an expert and gives conflicting advice. If you're happy and its not obviously bad form then no worries

    fast = explosive fast twitch fibres

    slow = slow twitch fibres

    u need to vary speed, not stay slow.

    The form looks solid to me, even though the rep speed is fast

    shrugs is only exercise for traps

  • Is the muscle directly between your shoulder blades in the upper middle back lats or traps? What exercise hits them the hardest?

  • Im so sick and tired of these comments. I use to be like you and think that, but guess what if you want the big numbers and the explosive strength you have to lift like that. He could maybe go a little slower on the neg, but that is all personal preference.
