I made this video so that others see where I am at with my cases. I know most of you thought that I just stopped. However, that will never happen. Enjoy and be glad this is available. I never had anyone showing me court procedure unless I paid them. Even then it wasnt as on point as this. Enjoy!

it got denied. I am no looking up void judgements and how to set them aside. However, I am going to include the city in a class action soon.

Very interesting. Just a suggestion, could you organize the video presentation so it is easier to follow? What were U cited for, the exact section, what court had jurisdiction, and the exact out come.

Where your appeal was filed, when ans whats your next court date, I would like to attend, so I could learn too.

@Tacktikalguy1: You are fighting the good fight that alot of people don't have the time or the interest to do, but to win you also need to incorporate "whit" into this. If you go into court and/or speak to cops/lawyers/judges/administra­tors like Kimbo Slice they will regard you as an enemy. If you plainly & Simply & Factually state your case I think you will progress your case further. If you get time, research "Contempt Of Court." Judges wrongfully charge people with this.

I love people like you. I do the same thing (research as much as i can) about laws, rights...etc and its amazing what people bow down to and dont fight against. Its also VERY funny when people try to debate you and try to prove their point of "you cant do that" and "they can do what they want". Keep up the good work!

I like that caption on the brief "Fictitious Plaintiff, Foreign State". Look up "fictitious plaintiff" in Black's. It's a contempt of court for them to bring an action in the name of a fictitious plaintiff. And be sure to see FRCP 4(j). And don't forget about Rule 17(a)(3) - "ratification of commencement" - i.e real party of interest. Your state rules will mirror these federal rules, some states hide it by renumbering. Wash. uses the same numbering system as the feds.

In court I brought up the fact the cop did illegal traffic actions and admitted it to the judge. The judge said," not here for that " I stated standing and showed a cnflict of interest. The judge seemed shocked and said I need to bring it up with???? I dont know what persons he was refering to. We are not equal with the police, the cops words are gold and ours is shit. STOP BEING COWARDS AND GIVENG UP YOUR RIGHTS, THESE FINES ONLY PAY FOR THE RICH NOT THE STREETS. GAS TAXES WITH DMV FINES PAY
