E15: End of the Line

-The Next Day-

Nick's POV
"Wow it's been a long time since we've talked" I said to her. "I know, so can we just put everything that happened between us aside and move past it?" she said. I nodded. "Water under the bridge" I said smiling. She pulled me in to a hug. Thank god everything is okay again. I pulled away and saw Selena staring directly at us in disbelief.

Selena's POV
Oh my gosh, am I dreaming? I squinted my eyes to see if it was really her with Nick. "Nick? Miley?" I said in disbelief. Miley chuckled at my shocked expression. "Hey" she said. "Wow, um, hi" I said. "Hey Sel! What are you doing here?" Nick said. "Just getting take-out, what about you guys?" "Just hanging out" Miley said. "Ah, well I'm gonna go, I'll see you two later. I turned around and walked off, still in shock of what I saw.

Miley's POV
"So you like Selena?" I asked. I hope I didn't sound too jealous. "No, she's just a really good friend" he said smiling. Whew, thank goodness. Maybe I still have a chance. "So do you like anyone?" I asked with curiosity. He looked away trying to avoid eye contact. Ugh, he does! "Who is she?" I asked. "Demi Lovato" he said shyly. A wave of anger and jealousy washed over me. I tried to hide it. "Oh okay" I said. "Promise you won't tell okay?" he said. "Promise" I was lying of course. I have to tell Mandy.

With Selena and Kevin

Kevin's POV
"Kev guess what?" Selena said as soon as I picked up the phone. "What?" "I was just getting take-out when I saw Nick with MILEY!" she said almost yelling. "WHAT?" I was shocked. Miley hated Nick. "I know right!" Selena said. "That's weird!" "Tell me about it. So are you doing anything today?" she asked. "No, you?" "Nada, can I come over then? I kinda wanted to talk to you about you know..." "Sure" I said.

Meanwhile With Joe and Demi

Demi's POV
"Wow, I didn't think you'd actually call me" Joe giggled at the end of the line. "Why is that?" "Because you're busy" "Hey, I always keep my promises" I said. I could feel him smiling at the end of the line. "How's the tour?" he asked. "Crazy but fun" I said followed by a sigh. "Doesn't sound like you're having fun, what's wrong?" he said. "I just miss you guys." I said. "We miss you too" I smiled. We never talked about what happened between us. "Uhm..." I started.

Joe's POV
She wanted to say something but she held back. It's probably about what happened between us. "What?" I pressed on. "You're not mad at me are you Joe?" she said with worry in her voice. "Well I wouldn't be talking to you if I was now would I?" I said trying to cheer her up. She giggled. I heard someone call for her. "I'll be there!" she shouted. "Ow, right in my ear!" I said joking. I always have to crack a joke every now and then. "Oops, sorry!" she said. "I was kidding Demi." She probably rolled her eyes at my stupidity. "Of course you were, well I gotta go, I'm on in 5" she said. "Good luck" I said. "Thanks, bye." Then, our conversation ended. I sighed.

Back with Selena and Kevin

Selena's POV
"What? You still haven't told her?!" Kevin said. "No. I tried but I just couldn't get the words out!" I said. "Selena" he sighed. "I know this is bad but *sigh* You haven't told anyone have you?" I said. "Of course not!" "Good." "Sel, you know Nick is gonna go for Demi right?" he said. Oh no. "Wait, what about Joe?" I asked. "They worked it out." My heart dropped along with my face. Kevin put his hand on my shoulder and said, "You should tell Demi before it's too late." "What's the point? Nick doesn't like me anyway!" I said. "But if they end up together you'll get hurt!"

Kevin's POV
"I can handle it!" Selena said. She was obviously lying. "Sel, don't lie to yourself" She sighed. "If Joe can handle it, I can too!" she said almost yelling. "If Joe could handle what?" Joe said as he waltzed in the living room. Uh oh. Both Selena and I were frozen.


WHAT IS MILEY UP TO?
WILL SELENA TELL DEMI?
WILL JOE FIND OUT SELENA'S SECRET?
