@loudon96b if your shots go over the nets, then you're probably using a continental grip and u should switch to a eastern/semi/western grip : D when i first I started I from learned from a friend who happens to use a continental forehand grip (don't recommend it !) it was only after 4 months of playing crapilly that I switched to semi-western and now my shots are awesome
