MotS - Speedrun: Katraasii Space Port Part B

I have to follow Mar thru the city, avoiding many heavily armed enemies (and stealing their weapons).
First tricky point is that guy with the concussion rifle in the first tunnel in a lower area. Sometimes he shoots instantly at you, sometimes he is waiting (giving me time to steal his weapon, so he cannot hurt himself any longer :P)
Then just running thru the level, there is not much to explain...
At the end some tripmines are waiting for you, this is why I need the thermal detonators (hand grenades) to destroy them - finally I can meet up with Mar (unfortunately not good for me, because I ran directly into a trap - landing in Level 08: stronghold)
