Great John POV. I always thought that it was John being selfish, not seeing Aeryn's Pain, but this shows that she was blinded to John's pain also.

I don't remember John dying, though they made it seem that way in the movie. But Aeryn died and was brought back.

John does indeed die. It's during S3 when John is "twinned". One is on Talyn with Crais, Aeryn, Rygel and Stark, the other stays on Moya with D'Argo, Chi, Pilot and Jool. Talyn-John dies of massive radiation poisoning in Infinite Possibilities: Icarus Abides.

Season 3 ep titled Infinite Possibilities: Icarus Abides. I think it's the 15th ep of the season.
