  • HDMI is digital. Its all 1s and 0s. Either it gets there 100% or 0%. Buy the cheapest HDMI cable you can find. Paid $8.00 for mine and it works exactly the same as monster.

  • @thirtythreeonethird You can find many examples of cables failing with higher bandwidth connections causing incomplete or bad picture. This is even more true as 3d, 4k x 2k and other new technologies hit the market.

  • @thirtythreeonethird There may not be a difference between cables of similar bandwidth speed, but there is a HUGE difference in build quality. I used M2000HD because they don't fall apart on me, especially when if my cables break, my job depends on it.

  • 3D BluRay does not exceed any more that 30MB/s. You don't need gigabit cable!
