@MrBeenkar It is Ustad Abdullah Khan's sarode, which last belonged to his gharana descendant, Prof. Kalyan Mukherjea, my teacher. Prof. M gave it to me in 2008. But it is true that Jon Barlow is still the official curator of this instrument because he understands sarodes so well! Even if there's a minor crack or some silly niggle, the first thing I do is call or email Jon! Glad you like the sound.

on sarod & sursringar. I am an amateur musician, an ageing student & a retired instrument maker.
