Hello there, have you considered "Belly Fat Quencher"? Just look on Google. On there you will see a practical free video by a well respected doctor and qualified nutritionist talking about the right way to burn extra fat. It made it easier for Sheila to eliminate her stomach fat. I hope it will work for you as well...

I was considering skipping it, but I went through it! But it's the only workout I did because it's late at night here, and I don't have a whole a lot of time to do the rest because I have to get some sleep for work tomorrow morning (yeah, I know, excuses :P).
