How is the overall glow effect on this? does it give a nice even glow or just separate spots from the leds? thnx for the vid

@maticman Sorry for the wait for the reply, been quite occupied! :) The glow is great, I was actually worried about the same thing when I was debating buying this. The strip sits about 5 inches or so from the surface it lights up and its as if there's a night bulb lighting up my desk. I've actually tested this and found that if you WANTED to cause spotting, the strip would have to be about 1 inch away from the surface your lighting. Haha. Uniform glow is perfect with these!!
