Henry Lee Lucas is the biggest liar in America, not the biggest killer. The mostly murders is a lie and he took advantage of his fame, the policy itself took advantage of his fame to make money somehow on top of Lucas! He was more a product than necessarily a major killer, it is just propaganda.

His mother earned every ounce of hatred he felt for her. She was a horrible person and horrifyingly violent with her children.
