As shown in video, complete:

20 x full burpees
20x reverse bar lifts
20x pushups

3 x through with a 15 second break between round 1 & 2, and round 2 & 3

Any client of mine (as well as any member of Anytime Fitness West Footscray) that can prove by film that they can complete this under my time will be rewarded with a free 60min session valued at $80
