they got the info thru the Freedom of Information Law. in order to sue, you must show a Direct connection which is almost impossible. Specially in the counties this happened in.

I am one those people who had their info Published.

This Stunt made a Huge impact on my Life and MY KIDS life. Now my house Must be Locked every second of every day. No more leaving the screen door open and getting some fresh air, that is not secure.

What most people dont know about NY is that most handgun permits are Not Carry Permits, its only to own. So, if the criminal watches you leave for work for the day, he has all day to break in and steal. WHAT A GREAT CRIMINAL SHOPPING LIST!

Solution, Leave New York and move to Texas. :) I know that sounds harsh ,but leave all the anti-gunners there with the crime rates being what they are. I think that it would become painfully obvious of how big of a mistake they made. I know that is not practical. Also watching major U.S. cities in New York fall apart would be terrible. It would just show how full of crap the anti-gunners are. That list was a direct assault to gun owners.

If you can lose a "right" by not filling out a piece of paper,then it is not a right.It is a privilege granted by the government,which is a different thing altogether.Rights do not require government registration,certification,or approval, & are not subject to any form of taxation-otherwise they aren't rights,they're privileges granted at the discretion of the gov't, controlled by the gov't & revocable by the gov't. Therefore, any legislation infringing on that right is an attack on our freedom
