Awesome video! Are you using splitters in this? I don't have any, but my friend said that they aren't absolutely necessary.

@homelespenguin well now that you explained that i finally got it to work. thanks for taking the time with me. These are the steps if you have an HDTV it is going to work for sure. Download pinnacle studio 12 and follow this guys tutorial. If your computer still says No input signal go into studio 12 trial and try to capture in there it should work like it did for me then go back to studio 15 and wall-A magic lol. Also make sure it is on component settings. Yup it also depends how you set it up

@kloosternator i feel your frustration 100% I been trying to get this shit working all day and it just wont work. i followed this bs tut and it still sits here and says the same thing. Im pissed cause i spent over 120 dollars for this piece of shit. It shouldn't be this hard to do really.

@kloosternator Try re-installing the pinnacle program this sometimes works
im currently uninstalling it at the moment. So i have a few questions. Im using a rocketfish HDTV composite cables. It looks like the white xbox cables but this one is HDMI but into a composite look. It has like 6 cables attached to it. I have the standard into the dazzle and the RGB cables into the tv. I flipped the switch to HDTV and it worked. I ran into the computer followed everything but it still says "No input signal" Is something wrong? My tv is HD the composite cords are HD btw.

@ChoasJesterr You cannot record the Dazzle in HD as it will only record an image of below 480p from an xbox 360 (it is only HD from DVD players etc.). Therefore you cannot play through a HDMI cable of component cables whilst recording as there will be 'No Input Signal' as it will not receive the image through the Dazzle.
I know it is a bit of a scam from Dazzle saying it records in 720p or other HD modules but the fact is it doesnt with gaming devices :/. However it can be rendered into 720p

I followed every step and the video is very helpful but the only thing is my videos don't record me and my friends talking in party chat. Why is that?? What can I do to fix this?

@LifeWithDusty You can never record you own voice through a Dazzle. however to record people in your party or game you have to change your preference so that the voice chat also plays through your tv
