A is Alison,she killed Courtney who everybody thought was Ali.Courtney had mental problems so she went to stay in another city.They switched then Courtney wouldn't switch back,so that is why Ali killed Courtney. In the book,it's Mona.They made the show a little different from the books.

A is not Alison, there is 24 dummies and counting, ALISON IS DEAD! And they have said millions of times " THERE NOT GOING BY THE BOOK " so most likely its not Mona and its very possible that there is no Courtney. We just have to watch and see! :)
